IEEE PIMRC'13 REGISTRATION


All registrations for PIMRC 2013 should be made through the online registration site. Please read all of the instructions below before proceeding with your registration.

Payment via bank transfer – special circumstances only
Payment via bank transfer will only be allowed if you do not have a debit or credit card – you may not pay via bank transfer under any other circumstances.
If you need to pay via bank transfer please email pimrc@kcl.ac.uk to request payment instructions.
 
Students – if you are the only author attending to present a paper, during the registration process you will need to select IEEE member/non-member followed by either full or limited registration.

 

Author Registration Policy

Authors must register before July 18, 2013 and use their registration code (available in the registration confirmation letter sent by e-mail) to submit their final Camera Ready paper. At least one non-refundable full or limited registration must be attached to an accepted paper.  In case of multiple accepted papers by one author, one full or limited registration will cover up to three papers, but additional discounted IEEE student registration will be required for the extra papers.

  • For authors with two accepted papers: at least one non-refundable full or limited registration PLUS at least one student registration.
  • For authors with three accepted papers: at least one non-refundable full or limited registration PLUS at least two student registrations.
  • For authors with four or more accepted papers, extra full registration is required.

A registration must be made for each author/co-author wishing to attend IEEE PIMRC 2013.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE PIMRC 2013 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Registration includes

Full Registration
Welcome reception, keynotes, invited talks, technical sessions, conference banquet, business and industrial panels, exhibitions, proceedings, lunch (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), coffee breaks and conference bag.
 
Limited Registration
Welcome reception, keynotes, invited talks, technical sessions, business and industrial panels, exhibition, proceedings, lunch (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), coffee breaks and conference bag.
 
One Day Registration
Welcome reception, proceedings and conference bag. On the selected day ONLY: keynotes, invited talks, technical sessions, business and industrial panels, lunch, coffee breaks, exhibition.
 
Student Registration
Welcome reception, keynotes, invited talks, technical sessions, business and industrial panels, exhibition, proceedings, lunch (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), coffee breaks, conference bag.
Full-time students only. Valid student ID required on the regsitration day.
 
Workshop Registration
You may register for Workshops without registering for the conference.
Workshops are not included in any conference registration category and require an additional fee.
Workshop only registration includes:
Welcome reception, workshop proceedings, coffee breaks and lunch (full day workshop only) on the day of the workshop.

PLEASE NOTE:  To be published in the IEEE PIMRC 2013 Workshop Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted workshop paper is required to register for the workshop and the paper must be presented at the workshop by an author of that paper, unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter. Non-refundable Workshop registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the workshop paper to EDAS.
 
Tutorial Registration
You may register for Tutorials without registering for the conference.
Tutorials are not included in any conference registration category and require an additional fee.
Tutorial Only Registration Includes:
Welcome reception, tutorial notes, coffee breaks and lunch (when registering for both morning and afternoon tutorials) on the day of the tutorial.
 
Guest Registration
You may register one guest who will receive a Guest badge. Your guest may not attend any conference sessions but may attend the Welcome Reception.
Additional banquet tickets (£110) must be purchased in order for guests to attend the banquet.
Additional lunch tickets (£47 per day) must be purchased in order for guests to have lunch and coffee breaks.
